A comprehensive five-day ISO 9001:2015 training series was held at the CHMSU Talisay function hall, led by esteemed speaker Rodolfo Viola Jr. The sessions were meticulously designed to refresh process owners’ grasp of root cause analysis and auditors with effective Corrective Action Request (CAR) processing skills, March 4-8.
The initial two days were centered on ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit, drawing participation from auditors spanning all four campuses.
Day three focused on Root Cause Analysis Training for Process Owners under the Office of the President, Vice President for Administration and Finance, and Vice President for Research Extension and Intellectual Property, across four campuses.
Day four continued the root cause analysis training for process owners under the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. On day five, a consultative meeting was held specifically for the administrative council and document controllers, centering on the management of documented information. (by Daryl Pajarillo)
