CHMSU Messenger is published by the Center for Internationalization and External Relations. This is intended to keep members of the CHMSU community across all campuses informed and updated. All announcements, news, updates, and contributions to CHMSU Messenger must be sent via email to cier@chmsu.edu.ph not later than 12:00 pm every Wednesday.
