The CHMSU Admission Test for AY 2025-2026 will begin on February 3, 2025.
What to Bring:
? Two (2) 2×2 ID photos & glue
? Black ballpen, pencil, & eraser
? Water tumbler (Stay hydrated!)
Entry & Check-in:
? Follow directional signs to the testing venue.
? Find your name on the test takers’ list and present:
- Screenshot of your reservation receipt
- SHS ID or any valid ID
? Receive a copy of the CHMSU Entrance Test Application Form (ETAF) and take a seat.
? Do not answer the ETAF yet—wait for instructions.
Test Guidelines:
? Listen to the proctor’s instructions carefully.
? No gadgets (phones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops, etc.).
? Strictly no cheating.
Results Release:
Results will be posted on our website (chmsu.edu.ph) and Official FB page 2 weeks after you have taken the test.
