Congratulations to the successful applicants who are qualified for enrollment in the Bachelor of Elementary Education program at Binalbagan Campus, College of Education, for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.
To confirm your slot in the program, please accomplish the following:
- Fill out the google form on or before May 20, 2025, https://forms.gle/VxjAfrwsH5hkGvjGA
- Submit the following initial requirements to the Office of the Chairperson, on or before May 20, 2025
- Original Report Card for senior high school graduates, or transfer credentials with photocopy of Transcripts of Records for transferees.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- One (1) original copy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- One (1) photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) original copies of NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate (additional requirement for married female applicant)
- 1 pc long brown envelope
- 1 pc Long size folder
- 1 pc Long size plastic envelope
- 2 pcs of 2×2 picture (formal)
*Additional documents/requirements may be needed upon enrolment by the University Registrar.
Also, applicants who did not qualify may retrieve their documents after May 27, 2025, at the Chairperson Office.
