The Philippine Association of Research Managers, Inc. (PHILARM) held the 6th International Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Management Congress on March 18, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam with Vice President for Research, Extension and Intellectual Property Andrew Eusebio Tan representing the university.
This year’s congress focused on advancing the capacity of RDE managers to drive innovation, enhance research management practices, and support the development of a “glocalized” economy.
The congress, themed “Fostering Innovation in Research Management: Towards a Globalized Economy through Research & Development,” brought together more than 100 delegates from top ASEAN universities, research institutions, and industries. It served as a platform for knowledge exchange between researchers and research managers from the Philippines and Vietnam.
