The BS Hospitality Management faculty of CHMSU Talisay Campus successfully completed a Faculty Immersion Program at City Garden Suites, Manila, from June 22 to 27, 2025.
Throughout the immersion, the faculty members underwent intensive training in various hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office/concierge, and also participated in a specialized seminar on Front Office Cloud Opera Software.
The participating faculty members were professors Annielou Mana-ay, Nieves Barato, Marnyl John A. Abeto, Gilbert Taguines, Graciel Torres, Zenaida Genolos, and John Roland Valladarez.
This hands-on experience provided valuable industry exposure, strengthening their expertise and aligning academic instruction with current hospitality practices.
