Budget, plans for CHMSU presented in stakeholders’ meeting

The Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit gathered students, alumni, faculty, staff, and representatives of the government and sectors for the stakeholders’ meeting on February 12, 2026 at the Function Hall, Talisay Campus, to present the accomplishments of the university in FY 2025 and the approved GAA Budget for FY 2026. 

The PMU also presented the FY 2027 GAA Physical Targets, the Five-Year Strategic Plan, and the proposed budget for the fiscal year.

PMU Director Maria Agnes Arcenas also facilitated an open forum where the stakeholders brought to the attention of university officials various concerns each campus face.

The unit also highlighted the completed and ongoing infrastructure projects across all campuses along the infrastructure proposals of the university in the Regional Development and Investment Plan, presented by Planning Officer Engr. Kit Adrian Reyes.

In his message, President Norberto Mangulabnan thanked the stakeholders for the continued support to the university and urged them to bring up any concerns that can help improve the services provided to students and partners.

Also present were VP for Administration and Finance Jay Estrellas, VP for Academic Affairs Engr. Russel Dela Torre, and VP for Research, Extension, and Intellectual Property Ma. Riza Manalo.
