Screening Guidelines and Requirements for the BS in Criminology program under the College of Criminal Justice for AY 2026-2027

The BS in Criminology program at CHMSU Binalbagan Campus upholds rigorous academic, physical, and moral standards and emphasizes broad requirements. Applicants must have a broad degree and meet the following stringent criteria throughout the selection process.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Based on your Admission Test Results, you must be qualified to apply to Non-Board Programs in all campuses & All Board and Non-Board Programs in the Binalbagan Campus
  • Applicants and transferees must have no final grades below 80% and a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85%.

Primary Requirements:

Applicants must compile the following documents in a white long folder and enclose them in a long-size brown envelope:

  • Certified True Copy of
    • For Graduates Before AY 2025-2026: Grade 11 and 12 Report Card or DepEd Form 138.
    • For Senior High School Applicants Graduating AY 2025-2026: Grade 11 Report Card (1st and 2nd Semesters) and Grade 12 Report Card (1st Semester) – certified true copies.
    • For Transferees or Shiftees: Transcript of Records (TOR).
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • One (1) piece of 2×2 photo (with white background).
  • One (1) long-sized brown envelope labelled in the upper- left corner of the back with the following information: Complete Name, Program Applied (BS Accountancy), Mobile Number, and Email Address.

Please submit your complete documents to the Security Office, CHMSU Binalbagan Campus.

The College of Criminal Justice will start accepting applications for the BS Criminology program for the Academic Year 2025-2026 from April 20, 2026 until May 8, 2025.
