Educators from all campuses of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University gathered at the Alijis Campus in Bacolod City for the Institutional Faculty Assembly of Academic Year 2026-2027, August 19, 2026.
President Norberto Mangulabnan, along with university officials and college deans, presented institutional milestones, recognized faculty achievements, and provided updates on instruction and policies.
The assembly also served as an avenue for faculty to raise concerns, inquire about current policies, and provide feedback in response to the presentations.
