Congratulations to the successful batch 3 applicants who are qualified for enrollment to the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) of the College of Engineering for 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025 – 2026.
To confirm your slot in the BSCE program, please accomplish the following:
- Fill out the confirmation of slot in the link on or before June 8, 2025: https://forms.gle/aSNiMumzntCChsyp8
- Fill out the Student Data Sheet in the link on or before June 8, 2025: https://forms.gle/6YUuoTwMj4oKn7pFA
Submit the following initial requirements to the Office of the Dean, College of Engineering, Talisay Campus on or before June 13, 2025:
- Original Report Card for senior high school graduates, or transfer credentials with photocopy of Transcripts of Records for transferees
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two (2) original copies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) original copies of NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate (additional requirement for married female applicant)
- Two (2) pcs recent 2×2 ID picture
- 1 pc long white/cream folder
- 1 pc long brown envelope
Additional documents/requirements may be needed upon enrolment by the University Registrar.
