Congratulations to the (Batch 4) additional applicants who are qualified for enrolment to the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) of the College of Engineering for 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025 – 2026.
To confirm your slot in the BSCE program, please accomplish the following:
- Fill out the confirmation of slot in the link on or before June 15, 2025: https://forms.gle/aSNiMumzntCChsyp8
- Fill out the Student Data Sheet in the link on or before June 15, 2025: https://forms.gle/6YUuoTwMj4oKn7pFA
- Submit the following initial requirements to the Office of the Dean, College of Engineering, Talisay Campus on or before June 20, 2025:
- Original Report Card for senior high school graduates, or transfer credentials with photocopy of Transcripts of Records for transferees
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two (2) original copies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) original copies of NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate (additional requirement for married female applicant)
- Two (2) pcs recent 2×2 ID picture
- 1 pc long white/cream folder
- 1 pc long brown envelope
Additional documents/requirements may be needed upon enrolment by the University Registrar.
