Professor Andrew Eusebio Tan, outgoing Vice President for Research, Extension, and Intellectual Property, served as the speaker for the inaugural professorial lecture at Carlos Hilado Memorial State University. Held on August 13, 2025, at the Function Hall of the Talisay Campus, Prof. Tan delivered a lecture titled “Mobilizing GASS Personnel to Embrace CHMSU’s Strategic Direction.”
