The CHMSU University Student Governments of Alijis, Binalbagan, Fortune Towne, and Talisay campuses simultaneously opened the week-long FOSTER (Fresher’s Orientation and Seminar for Educational Responsibility) Week on September 2, 2025. Themed “Sigahúm: Pagbay-bay sa Lawag sang Handum,” the FOSTER Week is CHMSU’s unique way to welcome new students by introducing the various facets of student
