CHMSU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Breakthrough Coaching and Consulting, Inc. (BRKTHRU) on June 7, 2023 at the Function Hall, Green Building, Talisay (Main) Campus. The MOU signified the commitment of BRKTHRU to provide eLearning services and programs to administrators, staff, faculty, and students.
