The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) honored Carlos Hilado Memorial State University during the Champions of Nation-Building and Sustainability (ICONS) Awards 2025 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City, December 10, 2025.
CHED recognized CHMSU for ranking 312th in the World University Rankings 2025, a remarkable achievement that showcases the university’s excellence, innovation, and global competitiveness.
University President Norberto Mangulabnan proudly received the plaque and trophy from CHED Chairperson Shirley Agrupis and Commissioner Desiderio Apag III.
This recognition marks another milestone in CHMSU’s journey of nation-building and sustainability.
