CHMSU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Breakthrough Coaching and Consulting, Inc. (BRKTHRU) on June 7, 2023 at the Function Hall, Green Building, Talisay (Main) Campus.
The MOU signified the commitment of BRKTHRU to provide eLearning services and programs to administrators, staff, faculty, and students. These programs are namely: Jobready eLearning Program, Jobrise eLearning Program, and Skillvantage: Train the facilitators Training (TFT) Program.
President Norberto P. Mangulabnan, PhD and Amelia Calfoforo EdD, HRDO Director signed the MOU on behalf of CHMSU, while BRKTRHU was represented by Virginia G. Villarosa, VP for Business Development and Mr. Nicov Lucas Briune V. Salvana, Consultant, Wadhwani Foundation – Philippines. Administrators, faculty, and staff witness the event.
