The CHMSU College of Education was recognized by the Professional Regulatory Board for Teachers for ranking sixth (with 50 to 99 examinees and at least 90% passing rate) in the September 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (Elementary Level).
Dean Ophelia Duayan and COED faculty members received the award during the ceremony held on February 9, 2025, at the Iloilo Convention Center. CHMSU garnered a 91.07% passing rate or 51 out of 56 examinees during the exam.
Patricia Mae Maglaque was also recognized for ranking seventh in the Sep 2024 LEPT after earning 92.80% percent.
