In the open forum, the speakers also answered questions and calcifications by CHMSU employees including social media use and the rights to self-expression and association.
Organized by the Human Resource Development Office in collaboration with the Center for Internationalization and External Relations, the initiative aimed to empower CHMSU employees with essential knowledge of their rights and responsibilities as voters and government employees.

In her closing message, Director Razel Mae Detablan of the Human Resource Management Office thanked the speakers for sharing their knowledge with the CHMSU community.
She also urged the faculty and staff to be mindful of their conduct whether virtually or in person as civil servants.
The session was held at the Talisay Campus while employees in the Alijis, Binalbagan, and Fortune Towne campuses joined in via Zoom.
