Carlos Hilado Memorial State University successfully conducted its 1st Institutional Management Review on March 3-4, 2025, at the Audio-Visual Room and Conference Room in the Talisay (Main) Campus.
Facilitated by the Quality Management Office and presided over by University President Norberto Mangulabnan, the review reaffirmed CHMSU’s commitment to quality service, efficiency, and institutional excellence.



























The review covered key agenda items, including status updates on previous actions, internal and external changes affecting operations, and the performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
It also addressed customer feedback, process performance, corrective actions, and the evaluation of external service providers, such as janitorial and security services, suppliers, and part-time faculty.
Additionally, the review examined resource utilization, risk management, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
