CHMSU NSTP Director Elmer A. Gumban, PhD, along with NSTP campus coordinators Neil Bryan Serapia, Joena Balladares and Regina Mañoso, attended the National Seminar Workshop on Designing Contextualized National Service Training Program & National Leadership Conference for NSTP Students on March 1-4, 2023 at Teacher’s Camp, Baguio City.
The four-day workshop, conducted by the Center for Human Research & Development Foundation (CHRDF) Inc. in partnership with the University of the Philippines Baguio, aimed to provide a better understanding of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Law and provide new insights and developments through lectures and sharing of researches and best practices.
