Selected students and faculty of the Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management are currently joining the 7th Sabor Bisaya and 1st Albee Benitez MassKanamit Culinary Showdown held at the Acacia Convention Hall, Bacolod City which started on October 17 and will run until October 19, 2023 as part of the MassKara Festival.
Contests with entries from the BSHM students include Dessert Flambe, Mocktail Mixing, Talking Bartender, Creative Cakes, Flairtending, Events Planning, and Fruit and Vegetables Carving.
