The workshop was coordinated by Jonah Tarrosa, BIT Culinary Technology Faculty in charge, who recognized the importance of integrating food photography skills into the culinary curriculum. The training enables students to showcase their culinary creations effectively, whether they’re building a personal brand, working in restaurant marketing, or developing their own food business.
