Maria Teresa Singson, granddaughter of the late Congressman Carlos Hilado, and her relatives were warmly welcomed by University President Norberto P. Mangulabnan, PhD at his office on September 29, 2022. The group visited to donate a set of educational textbooks to the University. During their stay, they briefly discussed the journey of the institution to becoming a university and what is in store for it in the future.
After the meeting, the books were then endorsed to the CHMSU Library Services.
