The College of Engineering has released the FINAL LIST OF FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS in the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) program who are scheduled for ENROLMENT on JULY 7, 2025.
Additional requirements for enrolment:
Registrar’s Office
- Filled out Online Student Information Sheet from the link: https://osiss.chmsu.edu.ph/student
- Filled out Student Information Sheet (form is available during enrolment)
- Php 130 for insurance fee
Guidance Office
- One (1) recent 2 x 2 ID picture
- Filled out Student Individual Inventory (form is available during enrolment)
Medical Clinic
- Recent chest x-ray result taken within the last six (6) months
- Recent medical certificate signed by a licensed physician
- One (1) recent 1 x 1 ID picture
- One (1) long brown envelope labeled with your name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, and Academic Program, that is, BS Civil Engineering)
Enrolment Venue: Function Hall, 3rd Floor, Engineering and Technology Green Building (ETGB), CHMSU Main Campus, Talisay City
The pre-enrollment documents submitted to the Dean’s Office can be retrieved at the enrollment venue (please look for the BSCE table).
