The Internal Audit Unit (IAU) of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University recently visited state universities in Luzon for a series of benchmarking activities.
Led by Roselyn Alegarbes, IAU Director, the team visited Tarlac State University, University of the Philippines-Diliman, Technological University of the Philippines (Main Campus), Pangasinan State University, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines (Main Campus) from July 9 to 11, 2024.
The Internal Audit teams at these universities generously hosted the CHMSU IAU team, sharing essential information, materials, and personal experiences about establishing their own Internal Audit offices.
The IAU team returned to CHMSU with valuable knowledge and enthusiasm to face the challenges ahead for their newly formed unit.
