Here are the verified examinees who will take the CHMSU Admission Test from April 29 – May 4, 2024, on the Alijis, Binalbagan, and Talisay campuses. The testing centers, venues, dates, and times are specified in the lists, which will be uploaded weekly.
Kindly bring the following:
•Duly Accomplished Application Form (to be distributed and filled out on-site)
•Learner’s Reference Number
•2 pieces 2×2 ID Picture
•Any valid ID card
•1 long brown envelope
•Black ballpen, eraser, and pencil
•Proof of your successful registration (screenshot)
Reminders: Be at your assigned testing room at least 45 minutes before the start of the test. Wear your face masks.
