Here are the lists of qualified applicants for the in-person CHMSU Admission Test for May 13, 2023 at Alijis and Talisay campuses. The lists will be uploaded by week. Testing centers, venues, date, and time are indicated in the list.
Kindly bring the following:
• Duly Accomplished Application Form (CHMSUETAF)
• Learner’s Reference Number
• 2 pieces 2×2 ID Picture
• Any valid ID card
• 1 long brown envelope
• Pencil and eraser
• Proof of your successful registration (screenshot)
Reminders: Be at your assigned testing room at least 30-45 minutes before the start of the test. Observe basic COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
