Here are the lists of qualified applicants for the in-person CHMSU Admission Test for May 8 – 13, 2023 in all campuses. The lists will be uploaded by week. Testing centers, venues, date, and time are indicated in the list.
Kindly bring the following:
• Duly Accomplished Application Form (CHMSUETAF)
• Learner’s Reference Number
• 2 pieces 2×2 ID Picture
• Any valid ID card
• 1 long brown envelope
• Pencil and eraser
• Proof of your successful registration (screenshot)
Reminders: Be at your assigned testing room at least 30-45 minutes before the start of the test. Observe basic COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
