Pursuant to the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and the directive of Malacañang, work in government offices and classes at all levels are suspended on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 due to continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon.
As such, all offices and classes at Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU) are suspended on the said date.
In view of the suspension of work across the university, no personnel are required to report on-site. However, those involved in critical or time-sensitive functions may be contacted by their supervisors, if necessary, for specific instructions or remote coordination. In addition, the schedule of enrollment for BS in Civil Engineering will be on July 28–29, and BS in Hospitality Management and BA in English Language will be on July 30, 2025.
