Talisay City Jail, represented by Unit Administrator JO1 Thea Marlissa S. Superficial and TLCC Shift Supervisor JO1 Mark Joseph B. Moncay, installed the “Sana Ngayong Pasko, Wish ko lang” Christmas Tree in front of the Global Learning Café, Green Building, Talisay (Main) Campus on December 14, 2022.
The Christmas tree displayed wish lists of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) currently confined at Talisay City Jail. Students, faculty, and staff were invited to visit the tree and grant the wish lists through gifts and donations. Center for External Affairs Director Rhoderick K. Samonte, Culture and the Arts Coordinator Rowena Tuscano, and College of Arts and Sciences faculty members Marijo D. Chua, PhD and Vince Paul Lobaton were present during the installation.
The Christmas tree will stay on campus until December 21.
