1st batch list of applicants for phase 2 and phase 3 screening in the Bachelor of Science in Criminology program

The College of Criminal Justice Education officially announces the list of applicants who successfully passed the Batch 1 Written Examination held last May 11, 2026 (Monday).

Applicants whose names appear on the official list may now proceed to Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Screening Process, which include the following:

  • Physical Examination and Medical Examination
  • Physical Agility Test

The Phase 2 and Phase 3 screening activities will be conducted on May 18, 2026 (Monday).

Medical Requirements

All qualified applicants are required to bring and submit the following medical examination results together with a Medical Certificate issued by a Government Physician:

  • Urinalysis
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Chest X-ray
  • Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Test
  • 2D Echo

For Female Applicants

Please bring a Pregnancy Test Kit only. The pregnancy test will be conducted at the school facility during the scheduled screening.

Prescribed Attire

Applicants are required to wear proper civilian attire during the Medical and Physical Examination:

  • White T-shirt
  • Maong pants
  • Rubber shoes

Applicants are also advised to bring extra black shorts (except Denim Shorts) or jogging pants to be used during the Physical Agility Test.

Other Requirements

Applicants must also bring the following:

  • 2×2 ID Pictures
  • Valid ID

Venue

The venue for the Phase 2 screening activities shall be as follows:

  • Male Applicants – Academic Building 1
  • Female Applicants – Academic Building 6

Strict compliance with all requirements is highly encouraged to avoid delays in the screening process.
