List of Alijis Campus BS Information Systems and BS Information Technology applicants for qualifying examination

To all student applicants for the BS in Information Technology (BSIT) and BS in Information Systems (BSIS) Programs for A.Y. 2025–2026 in Alijis Campus:

Please check your name on the official list of examinees below and take note of your assigned schedule for the Qualifying Examination, which will be held from May 7 to 14, 2025.

Venue: STGB 2nd Floor, Computer Laboratory 1 and 2
Reminder: Kindly arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled date and time.
Important Notice: Due to the large number of applicants, failure to attend your scheduled examination and failure to submit complete documents listed below will result in the automatic disqualification of your application to the BSIT AND BSIS programs.

Please Bring the Following requirements in PHOTOCOPY ONLY during the Qualifying Examination for verification of documents submitted online:

Bring a long-sized white folder, and a Long sized Brown Envelop, with your complete name on the back (written NEATLY and CLEARLY)

If you are a senior high school applicant graduating this AY 2024-2025: Grade 11 Report Card (with 1st & 2nd Semester grades) and Grade 12 Report Card (with 1st Semester grades or you may include the 2nd semester if available) and must be certified true copy(for verification), and a photocopy is needed for submission.
If you are a transferee or shiftee: Transcript of Records (TOR)(with detailed course description attached from your previous school) with No failures and Certified True Copy(for verification), and a photocopy is needed for submission.
Certificates as proof of exemplary achievements: (*if available – photocopy only)
