Congratulations to the additional qualifiers for enrolment to the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) of the College of Engineering for 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025 – 2026.
To confirm your slot in the BSCE program, please accomplish the following:
- Fill out the confirmation of slot in the link on or before May 25, 2025:

https://forms.gle/6YUuoTwMj4oKn7pFA - Submit the following initial requirements to the Office of the Dean, College of Engineering, Talisay Campus on or before June 6, 2025:
a. Original Report Card for senior high school graduates, or transfer credentials with a photocopy of Transcripts of Records for transferees
b. Certificate of Good Moral Character
c. Two (2) original copies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
d. Two (2) original copies of NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate (additional requirement for married female applicant)
e. Two (2) pieces of recent 2×2 ID picture
f. 1 pc long white/cream folder
g. 1 pc long brown envelope
Additional documents/requirements may be needed upon enrolment by the University Registrar.
