Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU) celebrates another academic milestone as 15 of its graduates from the College of Business Management and Accountancy successfully passed the May 2025 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE), as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on June 4, 2025.
CHMSU posted an impressive 81.25% passing rate among its first-time CPA examinees, significantly outperforming the national passing rate of 33.11%.
Even more notably, the overall passing rate for CHMSU CPA takers reached 83.33%.
The university extends its heartfelt congratulations to its new Certified Public Accountants and expresses gratitude to the faculty and staff of the College of Business Management and Accountancy led by Dean Marissa Quezon, BS Accountancy Chairperson Geofrey Rivera, and Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) Adviser Jasmin Gurafor their unwavering support and dedication.
