Due to the impact of the recent typhoons, ACELT and Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU) have decided to reschedule the event originally planned for November 27-28, 2025.
The event will now take place in May 2026, with specific dates to be announced.
The venue remains the same: Carlos Hilado Memorial State University in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
