The orientation covered procedures inside polling precincts, the importance of safeguarding ballots, and the role of young voters in strengthening democratic participation.

CHMSU students aged 15 to 17 signed up as new voters, marking their entry into the electoral process through the Sangguniang Kabataan polls.

The activity was in coordination with the Office for Student Affairs and Services, facilitated by Binalbagan Campus Coordinator Aniceto Olmedo.

The initiative aims to make registration more accessible to students and encourage greater youth involvement in local governance.

The satellite registration is part of COMELEC’s broader effort to expand voter outreach ahead of the elections, ensuring that young Filipinos are not only registered but also informed about their civic duties.
