Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU), as a state university, provides FREE tuition and other fees for all qualified students. We DO NOT collect any admission or enrollment fees at any stage of the process.
Our admission and enrollment are conducted exclusively through official CHMSU channels. Any requests for payment via bank transfers, GCash, Maya, or other means are FRAUDULENT.
Please be vigilant:
- Verify all communications through official CHMSU websites, emails (ending in @chmsu.edu.ph), or Official CHMSU Facebook Page.
- NEVER send money to individuals or unofficial accounts claiming to process admissions or enrollment.
- REPORT suspicious activities immediately to cier@chmsu.edu.ph or the local authorities.
CHMSU is not liable for any financial losses due to scams resulting from negligence or lack of discernment. For legitimate admission and enrollment guidance, visit or contact our Guidance Services Office directly.
