Seniors AIM HIGH 2026 kicks off; Over 2,900 vacancies await in Job Fair, Career Day on May 21

The annual Seniors AIM HIGH program officially kicked off on May 18, 2026, simultaneously across all campuses.

AIM HIGH stands for “Alumni Integration & Moving out with Honor, Integrity, Growth, and Hope” — a fitting farewell initiative for graduating seniors as they prepare to step into the next chapter of their lives.

Running from May 18 to 20, the program features a series of mental and spiritual wellness sessions alongside career orientation lectures designed to equip seniors with the tools and mindset they need beyond university life.

The event is jointly organized by the Office for Student Affairs and Services, the Office of Career and Placement Services, the Office of Guidance Services, the Alumni Relations Office, and the United Seniors Organization of each campus.

To cap off the week, graduating students will gather at the Multi-Purpose Gym of the Talisay (Main) Campus on May 21 for the Job Fair and Career Day — open to all CHMSU alumni and the general public. The fair brings together over 30 local and overseas companies and agencies offering more than 2,940 job vacancies, as well as government services courtesy of PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and the Social Security System.
