The wait is over! The official list of qualified applicants for the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Qualifying Exam at the CHMSU Binalbagan Campus has been released.
Exam Details:
Dates: June 1, 4, 8, 15, & 16, 2026
Venue: CHMSU Binalbagan Campus (Check your specific room assignment in the list)
Please be at your assigned testing room at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Latecomers will not be entertained.
What to Bring:
- Valid ID with picture (School ID or Government-issued ID)
- In a brown envelope: Copy of Grade 12 Report Card or DepEd Form 138. If transferee or shiftee: Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Black ballpen and Pencil (No. 2)
- Dress Code: Wear decent and proper attire. Please strictly adhere to the campus dress code policy (no slippers, shorts, or sleeveless shirts).
