From the Graduation Director and Event Management Team
Dear CHMSU Class of 2026 (all four campuses),
We’re excited to rehearse with you! To help the day run smoothly and keep everything fun and efficient, please read these quick reminders:
- Check your name and seat details in Bulletin No. 6 and 7. DO IT NOW! Write down your seat number, row number, and whether you’re on the right or left side of the venue. (There are 25 candidates per row.)
- On arrival at Talisay (Main) Campus, do not enter the gym. Go to the parking area near the gym, look for your designated marshal holding a placard labeled with your side and row. Then meet your row mates (25 per row) and arrange yourselves alphabetically by family name.
- Follow your marshal’s instructions and wait for the signal to enter the gym.
- Rest well the night before. Wake up very early, have a hearty breakfast, and be at school by 6:30 a.m. ready for a full day of rehearsal.
- Rehearsal is planned to end at 5:00 p.m. We may finish earlier if everyone is prompt and cooperative, or even later if necessary.
- We don’t want you to miss this important milestone in your academic life. DON’T BE LATE, DON’T BE ABSENT.
