The College of Computer Studies at the Talisay (Main) Campus has announced that the interview screenings for the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems program will take place on June 29–30, July 1–3, and July 6–10. Applicants will receive an email containing detailed information.
Kindly bring the following documents to your scheduled interview:
- Valid ID
- Certified true copy of Grade 11 and Grade 12 report cards
- For transferees: Certified true copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with no failing grades
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Certificates of exemplary achievements in academics and extracurricular activities (optional)
- Equity and inclusivity documents (if applicable, see list below)
Please provide a certificate if you belong to any of the following groups:
- Indigenous Peoples (IP)
- Solo parent
- Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary
- Person with Disability (PWD)
