The Supply and Property Management Unit (SPMU) of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU) successfully conducted a Property Accountability Orientation on August 7, 2026, at the Talisay Campus Audio-Visual Room, drawing employees from various offices across the campus.

The orientation was facilitated by Leonard Guilaran, Supply Officer III, who walked participants through the proper utilization, accountability, inventory, transfer, maintenance, and disposal of university property.
The session aimed to deepen employees’ understanding of these processes and reinforce the shared responsibility of every office in safeguarding the university’s resources.
Through initiatives such as this, the SPMU continues to promote a culture of accountability and sound stewardship among CHMSU personnel, supporting the university’s broader commitment to responsible and transparent resource management.
The SPMU is set to conduct the same orientation in Fortune Towne Campus on August 14.
