Good news! The CHMSU Office of the Guidance Services, in partnership with the local government units and senior high schools, will be conducting a career orientation and admission testing on the following dates in Cauayan, Calatrava, Candoni, Sagay City, Don Salvador, and Sipalay City.
Senior high school students from nearby schools are welcome to attend and take the admission test.
Please bring the following requirements:
Duly accomplished application form (to be filled before the test) Learner’s Reference Number 2 pieces 2×2 ID picture Duly accomplished application form (to be filled out before the test)
