As institutions move toward digital onboarding, the demand for instant document submission has grown. Whether you need a PSA birth certificate, marriage certificate, or CENOMAR, the E-Certificate allows you to skip the wait for physical mail and submit your credentials electronically. Follow these simple steps to get started.
Step 1 (Application): Go to chmsu.edu.ph and click the CHMSU PSA Helpline or you may go directly to psahelpline.ph/chmsu and choose a certificate type. Fill-out and review your personal details.
Step 2 (Payment): Pay through any of the payment channels integrated with the service (E-wallets, Credit/Debit, Online Banking)
Step 3 (Verification): A mandatory Identity Verification Process ensures that sensitive data only reaches the rightful owner
Step 4 (Delivery): The requesting party receives a secure link via email to view and download their PSA certificate.
Upon completing an order through this portal, a copy of the PSA E-Certificate will be delivered directly to the applicant’s email. Additionally, Carlos Hilado Memorial State University will automatically receive an official digital copy of the requested PSA certificate.
