College of Arts and Sciences held a pre-internship seminar for fourth year students under all its academic programs on February 13, 2023 at the Multi-purpose Gym, Talisay (Main) Campus.
The activity kicked off with a brief welcome message from CAS Dean Arjay A. Alvarado, PhD, followed by the first session on work ethics with resource speaker Aileen Felices A. Tranquilo, RGC from the Guidance Services. Elvie M. Samson, PhD, Director for Gender and Development, gave the next discussion on the Safe Spaces Act or RA 11313.
In the afternoon, the seminar continued with a session on the topic “Handling Conflicts in the Workplace” given by Rhoderick K. Samonte, Director for External Affairs.
The seminar closed with a video presentation of testimonials from CAS alumni.
