Ready to take the leap toward becoming part of CHMSU? Securing your admission test slot for Academic Year 2026–2027 is quick, easy, and just a few clicks away.
Follow these eight simple steps and move closer to turning your dream into reality. The CHMSU Admission Portal will be live from January 12, 2026 until February 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM until all slots are reserved. Only 2,000 slots are available daily.
Step 1: Open the admission portal
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Access the portal at admission2026.chmsu.edu.ph.
Step 2: Data Privacy notice
Carefully read the Data Privacy Notice before proceeding to fill out the registration form.
Step 3: Register your information
Enter your active email address to receive a unique access link to reserve a slot for the Admission Test. Select your preferred academic program, college, and test venue.
Tip: Choose the test venue nearest to you, regardless of your intended campus for enrollment.
Note: Ensure you have access to the email address you provided. The reservation link will not be resent to another email.
Step 4: Check Email for the Reservation Link
If you haven’t received it yet, kindly wait for the system to generate it. Once you receive the link, your slot is already reserved. However, you must complete the forms within 24 hours.
Note: Reservation links with incomplete forms will automatically expire after 24 hours.
Step 5. Fill out the Forms
Fill out the forms with your information. Make sure that the details you have encoded are correct before moving to the next page. Once you proceed, you will not be able to edit the previous page.
Note:
Make sure you finish filling out the form, uploading your image, and selecting your admission test date and time slot within 24 hours.
For incoming first-year students, prepare your Learner’s Reference Number. For transferees put N/A in the Learner’s Reference Number.
Step 6: Upload Your Photo
Upload a recent, clear, and well-lit image of yourself.
Step 7: Select Your Test Date and Time Slot
Choose a schedule that does not conflict with personal commitments or school activities.
Note: Once you click “Submit”, your admission test appointment is final and cannot be rescheduled.
Step 8: Save Your Reservation Receipt
Take a screenshot of your reservation receipt. You may also generate and download a QR code, which will direct you to the live webpage of your reservation receipt.
