CHMSU and LGU of La Carlota City signed a memorandum of agreement for extension project entitled Pagsakdag: Sustainable Futures, Bridging Communities, Improving Lives- a multi-party partnership for the attainment of the UN Sustainable Development Goals on December 11, 2023 at La Carlota City Mayors Office.
The program aims to conduct the following four projects: Adult Education for Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries, Social Media Literacy, Financial Literacy, and Nata de Coco Making in their respective communities.
CHMSU key officials present during the MOA signing were; Andrew Eusebio S. Tan, PhD, VP for Research and Extension, Amelia A. Calfoforo, PhD, Director for Human Resource and Development, Yvonne Velasco, PhD, Program Leader, and 4 project leaders and their team, while Hon. Rex R. Jalandoon, City Mayor and Councilor Jan Jan A. Abad represented the LGU of La Carlota City.
