Carlos Hilado memorial State University (CHMSU) graduate Jefferson Y. Cafino placed 10th among the 8,209 passers of the 2022 Civil Engineering Licensure Examinations. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results of the exams on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
Cafino said that he did not expect to top and just focused on his preparations, “I just practiced and studied. I just wanted to improve myself and learn.” He also adds that his mentality was anchored on the line ‘Prioritize the process, not the results.’
Cafino received a rating of 92.90% while CHMSU got its ranking with an 86.21% passing rate. Of the 58 CHMSU graduates who took the exams, 50 passed.
