Convened by the Quality Management Team and presided over by the University President Norberto Mangulabnan, the session examined a wide range of agenda items central to the university’s governance.

These included updates on previously agreed actions, the impact of internal and external changes on operations, and the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS).

The review also scrutinized customer feedback, process effectiveness, and corrective measures, while evaluating the contributions of external service providers such as janitorial staff, security personnel, suppliers, and part-time faculty.

Resource utilization and risk management were assessed alongside opportunities for continuous improvement.

University officials described the exercise as a reaffirmation of CHMSU’s commitment to quality service and institutional accountability.

By systematically reviewing both operational strengths and areas for refinement, the institution aims to align its practices with international standards of governance and education management.

The management review, now in its second iteration, has become a cornerstone of CHMSU’s quality assurance framework.

It reflects a broader trend among Philippine universities to adopt rigorous evaluation mechanisms, ensuring that academic institutions remain responsive to shifting demands from students, faculty, and external stakeholders.

The Quality Management Office is led by Director Yrika Marie Dusaran.
