Students and personnel at CHMSU’s Fortune Towne Campus who were severely affected by Typhoon Tino received vital assistance through the CHMSUyanihan donation drive.
Led by the University Student Government (C-USG) of the Fortune Towne Campus, the initiative raised ?25,920 in cash donations and gathered a range of in-kind contributions.



RELIEF OPERATIONS. The C-USG Fortune Towne Campus, led by student president Shera de Ases, packed a total 180 relief packages with the support of Campus Executive Director Ruvy Tuble and volunteer faculty, staff, and students.

With the support of faculty, staff, and student volunteers, the team assembled and distributed 180 relief packages to CHMSUans and families most impacted by the storm.
Recipients included 160 students, 11 security personnel, 7 JPA staff members, and 2 senior citizens residing outside the campus.
Each relief pack contained rice, canned goods, hygiene products, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
The C-USG Fortune Towne Campus also participated in the broader CHMSUyanihan: Operasyon Bangon Quinto Distrito campaign, joining donation drives at Savemore Fortune Towne, SM City Bacolod, and during relief operations in Southern Negros on Sunday, November 16.
